Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies to increase customer base, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
• Propose innovative ideas to increase sales, efficiency, structure, etc.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations to assess training needs and build career paths
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)
• Be a shining example for appropriate employee appearance, behavior and performance
• Giving direction and acting as a mentor and role model for team members
• Drive sales to exceed goals by teaching, motivating, upselling, and providing feedback to team members
• Delegate and prioritize tasks to team members to keep the store organized and clean art all times
• Complete weekly inventory assignments
• Create schedules for team members
• Communicating any policy or procedure updates and new products with team members.
• Issuing documentations and holding team members accountable
• Reporting any issues or problems to Ownership
• Interviewing, and ensuring proper onboarding and training of new team members
• Uphold and promote a safe and productive work environment
• Maintain and conduct count-audits of all Inventory
• Ability to "think outside the box"
• Willingness to research and understand all new products and trends, related to the industry
• Additional store manager duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Vaping experience (required)
• Retail management experience (required)
• Reliable transportation
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Customer service skills, including problem solving and respectfully handling customer complaints/issues
• Basic computer/register skills, typing, basic computer knowledge
• Must be flexible to work rotating shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Strong sales skills
• Ability to successfully manage, supervise and lead a team of 6 -10 employees
• Must keep and stay educated with all products we provide
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must be able to walk up stairs
• Must be flexible and willing to work 40 hrs.or as needed per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15 - $20/hr (depending on experience and what you have to offer as an asset to our team)

Schedule:

• Day and evening shifts
• Holidays
• 6 to 12 hour shifts
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Retail Management: 2+ years (Preferred)
• Hemp Products: 1 year (Preferred)
• Vape Non-Disposable: 1 year (Preferred)
• Smoke Accessory: 1 year (Preferred)
• Kratom: 1 year (Preferred)
